Copper-tungsten alloys are well-established materials in the welding and semiconductor industries, valued for their exceptional combination of electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties. Our materials, manufactured exclusively using our novel eForging technology, feature a finer grain structure, resulting in superior hardness. This enhancement extends electrode life significantly without compromising electrical performance. eForged copper-tungsten alloys can be used as sintered for the production of electrodes or spacing components, providing manufacturers with reliable and cost-effective solutions that ensure consistent performance in critical applications.
